Uses and Restrictions
Seventy-five percent must be sub-granted to districts and Regional Offices of Education or Intermediate Service Centers. The rest may be used for administrative purposes, professional development, and training.
Eligibility Requirements
Regional Offices of Education, Intermediate Service Centers, school districts, public university laboratory schools approved by the Illinois State Board of Education, and charter schools that serve children age 3 to 21 are eligible to apply for the program.
