Eligibility Requirements
The only entity that receives funds for Advanced Placement test fees for low income from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) is the College Board. Students are eligible based on the Federal Free or Reduced-Price Lunch Program. The College Board will invoice the Illinois State Board of Education a test fee reduction for all eligible low income students.

Through a Sole-Source contract College Board is identified as the sole proprietor of Advanced Placement exams. The College Board will invoice the state for low income test fee reductions.

College Board offers a fee reduction to low-income students.

College Board invoice is submitted annually.
