Short Description
The program will support collaborative partnerships between local education agencies (LEAs) and Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) that offer approved preparation programs to develop capacity to design, prepare for and implement a teacher residency program for a state-identified shortage area within the applicant LEA.

A local education entity must submit a proposal in response to the posted NOFO/RFP. Entities will be selected via a competitive scoring process.
