Short Description
The program will provide funds to four local education agencies to explore problems of practice related to teacher leadership. For example, problems of practice could be centered around the recruitment, retention, or utilization of teacher leaders, or suggest ways in which the teacher leader endorsement could be earned via competencies rather than higher education coursework. Successful applicants will have their work showcased throughout the state.
