Short Description
This program provides state funding to the Regional Transportation Authority for operating costs associated with providing Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) paratransit services incurred during a given state fiscal year.

Post Assistance Requirements
Independent audit to determine eligible expense and reimbursement for ADA paratransit service provided by CTA, Metra and Pace must be submitted by RTA within 180 days of final payments.
