Uses and Restrictions
The funds support salaries and benefits for full-time and part-time employees, transportation, food, and lodging associated with residential placement, staff training, community access, and educational services for students. Out-of-state students can be accepted into the program, but priority is given to students and families in Illinois.

Funds are distributed to the Philip Rock Center and School through its administrative agent (Keeneyville School District 20).
